Do you work with companies on Upwork?

Yes. These packages map directly to the work I take on Upwork. Fixed scope with clear deliverables means no disputes, no scope creep, and a clean contract. The contact form links to a discovery call — from there, we can move to an Upwork contract if that's your preference.

What if my project doesn't fit one of these tiers?

The tiers cover 90% of projects, but scope is flexible. If you need HubSpot + a light front-end that doesn't warrant the full-stack price, we'll scope it appropriately. Start with the discovery call and we'll find the right fit.

How does payment work?

Typically 50% upfront, 50% on delivery. For larger projects, milestone-based payments. Upwork contracts use Upwork's escrow — same split structure, different platform.

Do I keep the source code and HubSpot setup?

Everything you paid for is yours. Source code is delivered via GitHub. HubSpot work is done inside your portal. There's no licensing fee, no lock-in, and no ongoing fees to me after the project ends.

What do you need from me to get started?

For HubSpot work: admin access to your portal, a call to walk through the existing setup, and clarity on your sales process. For builds: a brief with the goal, existing tech stack, and any designs or references. I'll document the rest during discovery.

Can you work with my existing HubSpot setup?

Yes, and I prefer to. A complete teardown is rare — usually the CRM has good bones with a few structural problems. I'll audit it first and give you an honest assessment of what to keep versus rebuild.
