Problem Sales team was spending 3–4 hours per day manually reviewing, scoring, and routing inbound leads. High-value leads got lost. Demo capacity was the constraint — not lead volume.
Solution Built a GPT-4 scoring layer inside n8n that reads form submissions, enriches contact data, scores against the ICP, and routes to the right rep — all within 90 seconds of submission.

Full HubSpot CRM teardown and rebuild — data model, lifecycle stages, Breeze AI agents, and dashboards that actually reflect reality.

Problem 400+ unused HubSpot properties, workflows contradicting each other, and pipeline reports that gave three different answers depending on who ran them. Sales reps kept their own spreadsheets because the CRM was untrustworthy.
Solution Six-week rebuild: full audit, new data model, lifecycle stages with documented entry/exit criteria, Breeze AI deal summaries configured, and a reporting suite rebuilt from scratch on the correct data.

Problem LP document requests came via email, required manual PDF assembly from multiple spreadsheets, and took 2+ days to fulfill. Investor relations was a bottleneck and a liability — with no audit trail.
Solution Built a React portal with role-based access, real-time data sync from existing infrastructure, document management, and an audit log. LPs log in and see their current positions, past statements, and fund updates without emailing anyone.
